I’m Anya, a Certified Hypnotherapist trained by the renowned Freddy and Anthony Jacquin at the Jacquin Hypnotherapy Academy. My personal journey began when I struggled with debilitating cluster headaches that conventional treatments couldn’t relieve. Anxiety, panic attacks and a lack of self-esteem became part of my life—until I discovered the transformative power of hypnotherapy.
After just a few sessions, my headaches subsided, my anxiety lifted and my confidence soared. Hypnotherapy didn’t just heal my pain; it unlocked a better, more empowered version of myself.
